A Net of Prayer

In I Thessalonians 5:17, the Apostle Paul tells us to "pray unceasingly". Such is the mission of this website. As Christians, we are all called to pray - for we know that, as Christ says in Matthew 18:19-20, "Again, truly I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything they ask for, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven.  For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them." In humility, we are also called to pray for those around us. And so, this site aims to connect all those who are called to the work of God in prayer, so that "The prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise him up. If he has sinned, he will be forgiven." (James 5:15).

Please post requests for prayer as a comment to any post on this blog, or email them to Prayers.HourOfNeed@Gmail.com

How to format your prayer request:
Name (so we know who to pray for). Prayer request*.

*Please do not ask for prayer every time your dog feels sick. We are not saying that God does not care, we just do not want to bog down our subscribers with texts every time anything bad happens.  Please be discerning.

Example Prayer request:

John Deer. My car just broke down. Please pray it would be fixed.
